If candidates are successful in being awarded a scholarship, fee assistance can be obtained up to the value of 100%, by completing a means-tested bursary application.

Exceptional awards are also available at the Head Master’s discretion, where we identify exceptional potential.

FOUNDATION AWARDS

Foundation Awards are made to widen access to a Rugby School education for local children.

Children who are likely to thrive at Rugby School both in our academic and our co-curricular life, who live within 20 miles of Rugby School and are applying for entry as a Day student and whose parents are assessed as being eligible for means-tested bursary support towards fees may be considered for Foundation Awards.

ARNOLD FOUNDATION AWARDS

The Arnold Foundation enables Rugby School to offer fully funded places to talented and deserving young people with the most to gain from Rugby School and Bilton Grange, and whose families could not otherwise consider a boarding school education.

When launched in 2003, it was a revolutionary programme. Today, it is a source of immense pride and an intrinsic part of the Rugby School ethos. More than 185 young people have already benefited from the Rugby experience as a result of the School’s support from the Arnold Foundation, amplifying the School’s positive impact and enriching the lives of all our community. With your support, it will provide opportunities for many more in years to come.
